INTERNATIONAL PEACE
NEW YORK, January 7.
Mr Knox, United States Secretary of State, has addressed the Powers suggesting that International Prize Courts should be invested with functions of a court of arbitration to settle all cases arising in time of peace equally with those incidental to war.
It is expected that Britain, Germany, and France will endorse the proposals.
