Messrs Park, Reynolds (Ltd.) offered at auction on the 15th two freehold properties in the estate of the late William Michie. Lot 1, comprising allotment, 2, block 8, Musselburgh, fronting Queen's drive, with house of five rooms thereon, fell to Mr M'Millan, with a bid of £443 ; and lot -2, being allotment 3, block 8, Musselburgh, fronting- Queen's drive, and house thereon, was secured by Mr Brebner for £470r A considerable amount of interest was evinced in the sale, the attendance being good.
