ATHENS, October IS. The dor-ility of the Greek deputies iif voting the measures submitted to them without discussion has irritated the Milit iry League. The Chamber has been/ ordered to consider them again. It is J now evident that the King of Greece's action averted a coup d'etat. Nothing but the moderate counsels o? The Greek Chamber has resumed, pa--ing laws in silence, owing to the unwillingness of the party leadei's to accept responsibility for the wishes of tha Military League.
