A general meeting of the above centre vaj held in the Dunedin Sports Club's rooms last evening, Mr W. J Moore in the chair. The Secretary cf the Roxburgh Athletic C'iub wrote asking for a pormit to hold cycle races 'at its sports mooting, to be hold on December 26 (Boxing Day).— The permit was granted. The secretary was instructed to write to the Palmerston Caledonian Society informing it that it -would -ncvil to apply for a permit to hold cycle lacos at its sports meeting on November 9.
