The three South African Cadets who have been with Lord Roberts's boys at Bisley— Sergeant-major Servant and Sergeant Halley, of Natal, and Sergeant Morgan, of the TransvaaL — have (saya South Africa) given a good account of themselves in the mora important competitions arranged by the National Rifle Association.
