ATHENS, September 28. King George has replied sympathetically to an ad-dress that was adopted by a mass meeting of several thousand persons j in this city in favour of administrative reform. ' j LONDON, October 3. M. Oorgialegno (a prominent Greek merchant of this city) has presented the King of Greece with £20,000. which is fo be' used for military and other reforms, the donor hoping that the latter will act as a cornerstone for the strengthening of the prestige of the dynasty.
