UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

LONDON, June 28. A movement, which is influentially supported, has been initiated for an international interchange of students. It is proposed to make a three years' experiment at a cost of £4500 per annum, and to establish 14 travelling scholarships, available to- universities in the United Kingdom — 10 in America and four in Canada, — and also to establish bureaus in New York and London to furnish information relating to American, Canadian, British, and other English-speaking universities. The honorary secretary of the movement is Air Cres6, of the University Club, Birmingham.
