NOTES FROM AUCKLAND.

AUCKLiAND, December 2. During November the Waiotahi Gold Mining Company crushed andytreated 169 tons of ore for a return of 3020z ldwt of bullion, valued at £829 9e. This, despite & smaller tonnage, shows an increase upon the previous month's return (£759, from 198 tons). The output for November, 1907, was £180* 2s lOd, from 469 tons of ore, and 101b of picked stone. The total amount won from the mine to date is £654,357 9s. COMPARATIVE DREDGING. RETURNS.
