THE KARAMEA'S PASSENGERS. • Tho population of the Dominion was" substantially increased on Friday by the arrivaJf ; of 188 immigrants, who landed at the "Victoria wharf from the steamer Karamea dur-' ing- the afternoon. Their voyage was uneventful and entirely free from illneas or- ■ casualty, with the exception of the usual* toll levied by Neptuno in the shape of sea6icknose.
