SYDNEY, October 18. The death of the nev. Dr Kinross, Professor of English at St. Andrew's Presbyterian College and ex-Modera.tor, is announced. He was 75 years of aige. [The Rev. John Kinross, D.D., Professor of English Language and Literature (in relation to religion) and of Apologetics and Christian Ethics at St. Andrew's College, University of Sydney, from ISOO. was born at Ardoch, Scotland, in 1833, and was educated at Edinburgh. He arrived in Australia in 1858, and was principal of St. Andrew's College, Sydney, from 1875 till 1890. He was the author of several theological works.]
