LONDON, October 6. At a meeting of shareholders in the firm of Wilier and Riley, Mr Julius Wilier admitted that he had let Alberti overdraw his account till at the time of his arrest his overdraft amounted to £92,852. The directors had reluctantly come to the conclusion that it was imperative to liquidate. He estimated that they would be able to pay their creditors in full, and have a surplus of £100.000 for division among the shareholders.
