. .- . AUCKLAND, August 21. Djiring €he four weeks ended August Waibi Gold Mining Company crushed and treated 31,485 tons of ore for a 'return of bullion" valued at £71,547. Thi6 is the second highest monthly return in the history of the mines, having only been exceeded by' the' record yield of £71,850 from 31,336 tons -treated in the period ended March 21 last. The output for the four weeks preceding (May 16 to June 13) was £70,269 from 29,430 tons.
