. PROSPECT OF RESIGNATION. LONDON, Maich 4. Sir Heni'y Campbell-Bannerman spent a quiet day. He is suffering fioni weakness and depression. Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman has made a slight gain in strength. The Daily Chronicle reports that Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman insists that he ■prill resign if he is unable to return to the House of Commons by Easter. At present the doctors hold out little hope of his doing co. March 5. King Edward visited Sir H. CampbellBannerman, remaining with him for nearly an hour. March 9. Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman is sleeping better, and is maintaining his strength.
