During February the Waihi Grend Juntf« tion 'Gold Man ing Company crushed and! treated 3527 tons or oxe -for a return of bul rf lion valued at £4756. This is a considerably increase upon the return for January, whepi ! 2071 tons yielded £2571 5s 6d. Compared with the return for the corresponding month of ' last year (£4461 from 2407 tonB), the present , return also shows an increase, though for at larger tonnage. The total amount won from the mine to date is £96,954 os, 2d.
