WAIHI YIELDS. AUCKLAND, March 6.

During the fi\e weeks ended February 21 I the Waihi God Min<ng Company crushed and treated 29.837 tons of ore for a return of , bullion valued at £68,860. Compared with the return for the corresponding period of last j y^ar (£66.660) from 27.453 tons, this shows an increase of over £2000. The return is also but £1000 ahort of the record yield from the mine, that for April, 1906 (£69 906). The yield for January last was £60.241 fom 23.133 ' tons. The total amount won from the mine ' to date is £6 415.729.
