(LIMITED) have received instructions from Thomas Mitchell, Esq., to sell by public auction at above time and place, his WARWICK DOWNS STATION, . Comprising 10,381 ACRES FREEHOLD 10,381 1,632 ACRES LEASE IN 1,632 PERPETUITY 8,150 ACRES PASTORAL- 8:150 LEASEHOLD With Stock and Plant, As -a Going' Concern ; Or in Two ' Lots, as mentioned hereunder. The STOCK .consists of 12,111 * SHEEP 12,111 (of which 5100 are Breeding Ewes and 2000 two-tooth Ewes.) 100 CATTLE 100 16 HQRSES 16 IMPLEMENTS, FURNITURE, Etc.
