LONDON, December 3. ■ 'Lord Tw,eedmouth, First Lord of the 'Admiralty-, has announced that contracts are being taken to establish a naval base at Rosyth to accommodate 112 warships. The work will be completed in a decade. ' The airship La Patrie was seen above Glasgow. December 6. The Admiralty is constructing forthwith % naval basin at Rosyth, which will be 56 acres in extent and 36ft deep at all tides, with a quay space for 22 battleships, or 44 banked two abreast, and having a lock, always accessible to the largest warihips, giving 'access -to the basin. It is also constructing a, graving dock.
