S.M.. yesterday , chained with-the theft of ono letter, con1 laining £4. from the Post Offlw. . -Deteej tive Ward prosecuted, and Mr Bartholoj mew defended the accused, who pleaded " fiuilty." The accused was. remanded -to the ; Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was i allowed, himcclf in ono surety of £100 and ' two of £50 each.
