CHRISTCHURCH, November 16. The condition of Wilson, who killed his wife at Addin-gton, is unchanged to-day. He is still very precarious.
The harbour at Tokio is now being extended at a cost of £2,000,000. Mr E. J. Lupson, parish clerk at Yarmouth, has attended 12,000 weddings at the parish church, and ha« given away more than 1200 bride*.
