AN INTERESTING DISCOVERY.
BLENHEIM, July 17. A discovery of the greatest importance to all rabbit-infested districts has been made by Mr John Murray, of Woodbank, for the effective treatment of distemper amongst ferrets, which hae hitherto proved fatal in most cases. Alcohol, given in the form of brrmdy, with milk, .cured the ferrets almost without exception.
