LONDON, June 13.The Standard states that the Kaiser," hearing of a scandal, dismissed Prince Frederick Henry, late Regent of Brunswick's 6on, from the army, and tore the decorations from his breast. He then ordered him into exile. The Daily Express says Prince Frederick Henry has hitherto been considered the most pious member of the family. The Kaiser after degrading him soundly boxed his ears. Prince Frederick burst into tears and quitted the palace without a word. He is now in a remote part oi Egypt. BERLIN, June 14. The public prosecutor has ordered an investigation into charges of unnatural offences made 'against Prince Philipp Eulenburg, who has instigated his own prosecution in self-defence, owing to charges made agaitißt him in the news* paper Zukumft."
