Chisholm placed before the committee a draft of a. constitution for the Orphanage and Children's Home, which, with a few minor amendments, was accepted by the meeting. The Agent repc-Tted that a large number of cases had been dealt wrth during tno month, and everything possible had been clone to relieve genuine distress.
