HELPING HAND MISSION

Tho iifeual monthly meeting of the Help. ing Hand Mission was held at Trinity Cl.urcli on June 12; present —Mr W. H. Duke (in the chair), Swter Olive, Messrs Stevens, Bull, and liocdman (hon. sec ) An apology was received from Mr S. C. Phillips.

The Secretary reported that the income from all sources for the h»6t month amounted to £21 5* 3d, making, together with the cum of £27 7a at present in the bank, a total of £48 12s 3d. Againet which sum there were items of expenditure amounting to about £13 15s sd, leaving a credit balance of about £34 16s 7d to meet future expenditure.

The following reports were submitted from the various classes : -"- Young Women's Gymnastic Class : Number on roll, 22 ; average attendance, 16. Young Men's Gymnastic Class : Number on noil, 20 ; average attendance, 12. Sunday infants* class: Number on roll, 18; average attendance, 11. Bible Class : Number on roll, 14 ; average attendance, 7.

The Secretary stated that tne Satirrday night supper was a 6ueoesß, the average attendance of young men being about 20. On Sunday nights the ueual evangelistic meetings had boon hel3, the average attendance being 70. Good work waß boinp done among the young men and women who attended.
