PRETORIA, June 10. Het Yolk Congress, has petitioned the Government to abolish all municipalities except those of Johannesburg and Pretoria, and to re-establish the old town regulations. LONDON, June 12. Reuter's Pretoria correspondent states that Mr Botha will announce on Friday liis decision not to re-enact the Labour Ordinance, but to repatriate the Chinese immediately their contracts expire. He is sanguine of obtaining a sufficiency of native labour.
