THE RIVERTON MEETING.
The Hiverton Racing Club have iesued a programme ior their Easter meeting, whtoh "tabes place on April 1 and 2. On the first day the principal events are the Great Western Steeplechase, of lOOsovs, to be decided t)*er -fcbiee miles; and Riverton Handicap, of 6Dsavs, one mile and a-qdarter. On -the second day the River- . ton Steeplechase x>f 60sovs, and the Easter Handicap, of sCsovß, are principal items to ie decided. The balance of the events on xhe programme are endowed with priae- \ money, which ehould attract a. liberal response from hoxseowners. Those interested are requested' to .note that entries must be made on Wedn^day, March 13.
