WEST COAST LABOUR CONFERENCE.
WELLINGTON. February I*. The West Coast Trades and Labour Council is holding ite annual conference here. Twenty delegates are present. The president (Mr Foster) presented the annual report, which was of a, satisfactory nature. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: — President, J. Foster; vice1 president. G. Newton ; secretary, Henry Betts; treasurer, — Turk; trustees, Messrs , Harvey and Young. The conference is likely to last a week.
