AUCKLAND, February 12. John M'Namara, a married man, found guilty of indecently assaulting a. youn« girl, was this morning sentenced to three years' imprisonment with hard labour. February 14. At the Supreme Court Criminal sessions to-day a young man named Win. Holland) was found guilty of robbory with violence from a woman in Parrcll on January 17, and was remanded till to-m<nrrow for sentence. CHRISTCHURCH. February 12.
