A conference of Training College Piincipals and Boar<k of Advice was opened today. The Chairman, Mr Hogben. stated that matters the conference would be concerned with would be questions of detail and of technical character. Tlu» Minister was perfectly willing "to adjust tho regulations in accord with the opinions of the conference The proceeding* are not open to the press.
