Notice of another action again«t the Il.wbour Board in connection with the recent Calliope dock accident has been f. f .Morl on behalf of Joseph Heley, labourer, injured in the accident. The sum claimed ii £250 for personal injuries. This brings the total claims under this head to £3272.
