After som> discussion it was mianiinot'sly decided to form a club for that purpose, to bo called th 2 Scottish and Skye Terrier Club of New Zealand. An interim committee; was appointed to draft rules, such rules to be submitted to all members and prospective members of tha club for approval and further suggestions. TERRIER CLUB OF NEW ZEALAND.

1. 4. Special General Meetings.— Special meetings of the dub, for the transaction of business, shall be held as occasion rc-qnires. Duties of Hon. Secretary.— The hon. secretary shall in person (except a temporary substitute bo appointed by tho committee) attend each mooting of the club and -committee, keep minutes of the proceedings, read aud file all communications, issue notices meetings when directed, und conduct correspondence, col'ect all subscriptions and other revenue of the club.

13. Duties of Hon. Treasurer.— lho hoa. treasurer shall receive aH moneys, pay th© same iuio such bank as the committee may direct, and keep a cash account of all moneys received and paid out. Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, and H&wke's Bay, and any other shows from time to tinio meet the approval of the club. Two shev shall be held in each year, one in the No»th and one iv the South Island, and such of tb» club's tropliies as shall b3 decided upon shall be competed for at thoco shews.
