Unwrinkled Beauty.

Worry becomes a habit with a woman after she is 30. Too many women take too much out of their nervous system ; they worry over trifles, and where a man would simply sit down and let things slide, the weaker vessel worries and exhausts herself, generally over troubles that could just as easily be avoided. In point of fact, the average woman seems to take a delight in working herself to that stage of weariness when life oecomes wholly a burden. Health, restful sleep, and plenty of it, is one of Nature s greatest aids to beauty, and this, as much as anything, allied to a cheerful temperament, will obliterate tired lines and shadows of weariness whose presence cannot but detract from the perfect beauty of even the most lovely face.
