The method of compiling the premium note ha* now been brought into conformity with the »et, and under the new arrangement an nl'-round reduction in rates is the result. New arrangements regaiumg reinsurances were made whereby the asso-ja.-tion now carries more of its own Tisks. Tho reserve new stands at £4856 17s 3d.
