A SUCCESSFUL PROPERTY SALE.

BALMACEWAN ESTATE, MAORI HILL. Messrs Park. Reynolds, and Co. put up to auction at their rooms on Wednesday an area of about 22 acres in the recently subdivided estate of Balmacewan, Maori Hill.
