Copper : Three months, £85. j Tin: Spot, £175 15a; three months, £175. A South Australian June shipment of wheat realised 31a 6d. At the tallow auctions 1511 casks were offered, and 1035 sold. Fin« mutton, 31b 9d ; mediom, 28s 9d. Fine beef, 30s; medium, 28s 6d. June lt>. The wheat markets are very firm. Cargoes are strong. A sale of 24,859 quarters of Victorian wheat took place at 31s 9d, and holders are asking 31s 6d for Victorian and Adelaide June shipments. The American visible supply is 38,692,000 bushels. The flour market is dull and prices are unchanged. July shipment is selling in Glasgow at from 24s to 24s 6d. The butter market is steady. Danish Ills to 113s ; choicest Australian, 98s — a few hundred boxes of unsalted realising 104s; New Zealand, 102s to 104s. Cheese is firm. Coloured New Zealand, 645; white, 665. i June 17.
