THE MOROCCAN CONFERENCE.
LONDON, January 24. There are indications that neither Germany nor France will be able to carry out their own programme at the Algerian Conference without modification. MADRID, January 25. The Algecirae Conference admits the right of France and Spain to supervise the importation of contraband arms on their respective frontiers, and a' knowledges the Sultan's right to watch bis coast.
