IMPORTS AND EXPORTS. WELLINGTON, November 2.

During the quarter ended Sentomber 30 goods to the value of £3,587,663 were imported to the colony, being a decrease of £95,855 on the corresponding period of 1904. The Wellington imports totalled £1,075,629; Auckland, £947,094; Lyttelton, £579,523; Dunedin, £474,861. Wellington and Auckland show increases, Lyttelton and Dunedin decreases.

The exports for the same period amounted to £2,735,320, an increase of £293,588 over the figuies for the September quarter last year. Lytteiton's exports totalled £594,160; Auckland, £558,910; Dunedin, £348,993: Wellington, £291.759; Timaru, £276.849; Invcrcargill. £193,845; Napier, £100.003. The Auckland exports include coal, gold, and silver to the value of £283.585. The total value of produce exported from the colony is £1,462,021, and of products £208.612.
