WURTEMBURG SOUP
Bcil any stale bread to a jelly with water add a little chopped onon and celery. When th-i bread is nearly tiansparent, add enough nrJk to maJce it lo«k croimy, a small piece of butter and pepper and salt. Scatter a little Parmesan cheese over the soup And serve hot with fried bread.
