MR WITHEFORD'S MOVEMENTS.

NOT RETURNING AT PRESENT.

The Premier has received a communication from Mr Witheford stating that the ironsand project will keep him in England for some time longer, and tha£ he is not returning to New Zealand at present. He will therefore not be a candidate for Parliament at the approaching elections. Mr Kidd has accordingly decided to contest the Auckland Central seat, and will be the Government candidate for that constituency.
