During a four hours' interview, Baron Ferjevary and M. Kristoffy (ex-Minister of the Interior) favourably impressed the Emperor Josef with the merits of M. Kristoffy's manhood suffrage proposals. The Emperor Josef withdrew his opposition to the principle of the scheme.
