The property known as the Ararucho Meat Freezing "Works, which has been the sul*ject of much litigation between the former proprietor, Mr Thomas Mitchell, and the Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, was .submitted to auction at noon to-day, and bought in by the company—the freehold, buildings, works, and plant for £10,000, loose assets and leaseholds for £1000, and tht lighter for £1000.
