Sir, — I see that this company is issuing cleb&mires. I trust the shareholders will each take up his proportion. The company has now driven to the point where the engineer advised us we might strike the nch stone i;pon which the company paid large dividend-* in the upper level It i-s the most cheaply worked mine in Otago, for it caai ha worked by a tunnel, and there is water pressure to drive the machinery. I would strongly urge shareholders, who have a valuable property, to take up their proportion of debentures. — I am, etc., An Oxd Shakeholdeh.
