The Attention of Parents is specially directed to the Conditions of Enrolment of Free Pupils under the new Regulations. All Pupils of the Pubic Schools who obtain a " Certificate of Proficiency,' and who were not more than 14 years of age or the 31st December, 1904, are Entitled to Enrolment. Of such Pupils, those who will be under 14 on the 31st December, 1905, WILL NOT BJtS ENROLLED TILL FEBRUARY, 1906. Those however, who will be over 14 on the 31st December, 1905, and who, consequently, would forfeit their right of Enrolment by waiting till February, WILL BE ENROLLED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE, THIRD SCHOOL TERM, 19th SEPTEMBER NEXT. All Applications for Enrolment must be made at the Board's Office, Education Buildings, Jetty street. It should be noted by parents that the mere fact of having passed the Sixth Standard will not in future qua-lify for admission to the High Schools.
