OAMARU PRODUCE MARKET.

OAMARU, June 20.
The wheat market shows little alteration. Farmers, being busy with their winter work, ar« doing little in the way of offering grain. A fe-w sales have been made atJast week's qua< tations, the top price being 2s lid (less com.' mission, at siding) for choice Tuscan, and foi prime velvet 2s 9^d.
Oats show a slight advance in values. One line of Gartons was placed at Is 8d ex store, or equal to Is 8?d (f.0.b., Oamaru). Current values are Is 7£d (kss commission, at siding 3) for good lots. Duns have been sold at up to Is 9d, while for any prime lines of oats, suitable for seed, up to 2s may be obtained.
Potatoes have advanced about 15s a ton sinco last report, and in one case (a 35-ton lot) £7 5s (f.0.b., Oamaru) was obtained. Growers ara now asking up tc £7 at sidings, but sales hav< been made during the week at £6 10s. Advice, have bsen received of the landing of Sydne* potatoes in Auckland at £7 os .per ton, an/ 1 tha quality is reported to be fully as good a* ' North Otagc, while the Tasrnanians are .evei better. Eggs, Is 2d.
