SHOOTING COMPETITION.
DTJUEDIN CITY GUAEDS v. WAIMATB MOUNTED RIFLES. The Waiinafe Mounted Rifles and Dunedini City Guards fired a. friendly match on the Guards' raaige last week, the Guards winning by 17 points. The conditions were: a mixed! team of first and second-class shots; seven, shots at 500 and 600 yards. Owing to a tricky wind srd bad light the scores were not very gooS. Scores: —
