A Devout Worshipper.

The minister was rector of a large city parish, and had under his care three or four mission churches, scattered about thf> city. It was a horribly hot day. The clergyman gladly complied, and then; thinking such a devout ohurchman deserved special consideration, went on and preached a long sermon.
