The Aotea left London for Lyttelton "on Friday.

The Kararnea left Capetown on Monday evening for Wellington, via Hobart. WELLINGTON, May B.— Arrived : 2 p.m., Ruapehu, from London.

The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company's s.e. Waiwera, from London, arrived on Wednesday, and was brought up at the anchorage in Koputai Bay in order to tranship a large quantity of powder and warlike stores. The Waiwera, which is consigned to the National Mortgage and Agency Company, brings some 4000 tons of general and deadweight cargo, of which about 2900 tons are for this port.

The Tyser liner Indralema left Port Chalmers on Thursday afternoon for London via the Bluff and northern ports. During her stay at the Port she landed a heavy lift of 10 tons, in addition to a great quantity of other cargo. The New Zealand and South African S.S. Co.'s steamship Everton Grange, from -Liverpool via Australian and northern, ports, arrived at Port Chalmers on Thursday afternoon, and was berthed at the George street pier to discharge cargo. The s.s. Everton Grange completed the discharge of her cargo on Saturday, including the landing of one of the heaviest lifts yet put out at Port Chalmers — a coil of steel wire rope weighing 18 tons, — and afterwards left for Sydney, where she will embark 1500 horses for the Far East.

The New Zealand and African Steamship Company's steamer Moxayshire, which sailed from Timaru on Wednesday last for Sydney and Fremantle, en route to South Africa and West of England, took the following cargo: — From Auckland — 3503 carcases lamb, 444 boxes butter, 62,186 sup. feet timber, 100 cases meats. From Wellington — 9731 carcases lamb, 100 sides pork. 904 quarters beef, 4 cases bacon, 375 boxes butter, 66 crates rabbits. 45 cases cheese. 15 bags calf-milk flour, 185 bales hemp, 2 casks tallow, 350 sup. feet timber. From Picton — 6252 carcases lamb, 44 ea«?ks tallow. From Lyttelton — 11,721 carcases lamb, 251 carcases mutton, 25 boxes butter, 245 cases jjoultrv, 125 cases meats, 717 sacks bran*
