SKIN MARKET.

Messrs A. Moritzson and Co. report a-s follows : —

We held our sale of rabbitskins on Monday* and offered a large catalogue. Best classes showed a rise of id per ]b. Our top price for incoming winters was 13£ d, autumn blacks laid, at which price we sold several lines. We quote:— Early winters, 14£ dto lodf clear blacks, 13£ dto 14d; autumns, 12Jd to 13d; racks, 8d to 9d ; summers,- 6£d to 74d ; horse hair, 16"ja to 17id.

Sheepskins. — There is a keen demand for ail classes, halfbr'ed pelts are fectliing up to 6Jd per lb, crossbred from 6d "to 6Jd, lambs 6£H to 7d. We quote at per skin : Crossbred pelts (large), 4s 6d to ss; medium, 3s 6d to 4s 3d; light, 3s to 3s 4d; lambs (extra). 4s 6d to 4a 9d, r medium, 3s 9d to 4s 4d : light, 3s to ■3s 6d. ■ . - The regular weekly sales will commence next Tuesday. All consignments, whether large oi small, shall have our careful attention.
