TANGIER, April 25. The tribes have been instructed to cordially welcome Herr Tattenbach, the temporary German Charge d' Affaires at Tangier. A reception in his honour is being prepared at Fez.

Canterbury buyeis taken down by Guinness and LeCren not only secured several lines ©£ sheep, but helped to keep up the prices for the others.
