The Junction Electric No. 2 dredge IS shifting down to work ground below the junction of the two rivers. No. 3is having a good deal of trouble opening out into the bank. The New Alpine Consols had to stop on account of the rise, but should get started again on Sunday night.

The Hartley and Riley dTedge has got foul of an achor and the bucket belt has got tied up with it, and probably will be silted up slightly. I believe a diver is expected to arrive to-night, and, as the ground is fairly shallow, the obstruction should be lemoved by him all right.
The Electric No. 1 dredge is now getting on the rich wash again, and will likely soon he on. something big.
