I*l have received instructions from the Executors of the late Peter Ayson to sell lay public auction, at above time and place : The well-known " CORYDON " FARM, Toiro, containing about 742 acres Freehold Land, and being* the First Farm in theiDistrict. It was selected by the Jate Mr Ayson 52 years ago, and comprises Sections 4- to 10 (inclusive), Block CI. and Parte of Sections 1 and 3, Block LYTII. in the Original Survey ; also, Allotments 21, 22, and 1, Block I, "Warepa. *' Corydon " Jias been famous from the °«strliest days for its pastures and for the excellence of the sheep and wool they produce, as well as for its prolific crops of oats and turnips ; and it" is noteworthy that from the day Mr Ayson acquired it until the present occasion it has never been offered for sale.
