I*l have received instructions from the Executors of the late Peter Ayson to sell lay public auction, at above time and place : The well-known " CORYDON " FARM, Toiro, containing about 742 acres Freehold Land, and being* the First Farm in theiDistrict. It was selected by the Jate Mr Ayson 52 years ago, and comprises Sections 4- to 10 (inclusive), Block CI. and Parte of Sections 1 and 3, Block LYTII. in the Original Survey ; also, Allotments 21, 22, and 1, Block I, "Warepa. *' Corydon " Jias been famous from the °«strliest days for its pastures and for the excellence of the sheep and wool they produce, as well as for its prolific crops of oats and turnips ; and it" is noteworthy that from the day Mr Ayson acquired it until the present occasion it has never been offered for sale. It is now, however, placed upon the market FOR POSITIVE SALE, to •enable the Executors to wind up the Estate.
